Siargao Bleu Resort And Spa, General Luna (Surigao del Norte)

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff was genuinely friendly and accommodating, which was a definite highlight. The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained. However, the rooms had several issues including broken air conditioning and hot water. The dining experience didn't meet my expectations either, and I found the pricing structure for upgrades quite confusing.

This resort offered a beautiful setting and fantastic service, making my stay one to remember. The amenities like paddle boards and a lovely pool added to the experience. However, the condition of the rooms left much to be desired; they were outdated and not properly maintained, impacting the overall enjoyment. I appreciated the special touches like the Valentine's Day buffet but faced issues like broken facilities during my stay.
